The Southborough Recreation Department has just amped up the “Family Fun” for this Saturday’s “Hop into Spring Savings”.
Added to the free festivities will be balloon twisting art and professional face painting from 1:45 to 2:45 pm.
Clowning Around with Lee Lee will be doing the honors. Here are some more pics of their work:

Meanwhile, the originally scheduled reasons to attend are still in play. The party takes place from 1:00 – 3: 00 pm at 21 Highland Street. There will be refreshments – and weather permitting, kids can enjoy the playground.
Starting at 1:30 pm, David Garden will play music for the kids.
But the biggest reason is to get your hands on one of the discount vouchers for sale. Vouchers can be used towards any Southborough Recreation Department program (including camp, classes, and events.)
$50 vouchers will be available for $30 or $100 vouchers for $60.
They are in limited supply – first come, first served and only one per family. So get there on time!
