If you’re car is as covered in pollen as mine is – head over to the Transfer Station this Saturday. While you’re there, you can pick up a little treat.
Algonquin’s Girls Lacrosse team is holding a fundraiser this weekend. Saturday’s car wash and bake sale will help cover costs they incurred earlier this season.
The team had to fork over $2,600 to rent indoor space for practice and tryouts this spring. (It may be hard to recall in this brutal heat, but town fields were still heaped with snow in late March.)
The fundraiser takes place from 9:oo am – 2:30 pm at the Transfer Station.
