Southborough Cultural Arts Council is looking to fund more programs in the arts, humanities, and interpretive sciences.
SCAC’s priority is funding programs, organizations, and individuals from Southborough and surrounding communities. They are especially urging Southborough artists to apply.
Last year, 15 grants were awarded by SCAC, totaling over $8,000. (Click here to see the list.)
Applications for new grant proposals must be postmarked by October 15, 2015. Funding sought must be for programs or performances in calendar year 2016.
The Southborough Cultural Arts Council (SCAC) is currently accepting grant applications, postmarked October 15, 2015, for programs in the arts, humanities, and interpretive sciences. Funding programs, organizations, and individuals from Southborough and surrounding communities is a priority. We urge Southborough artists to apply for these funds, which are provided by the Massachusetts Cultural Council’s Local Cultural (LCC) Program.
Last year, the SCAC awarded 15 grants, which included the Southborough Summer Concerts, the Sachem Magazine at Algonquin High School, historical talks, museum admission, and a variety of other programs including musical offerings.
