A family of four, including a 1-year-old suffered minor injuries after their car was struck head-on. The 19-year-old, unlicensed driver allegedly took the car without permission from the Southborough home where he was staying.
The incident took place on Sunday afternoon in Framingham.
Southborough Wicked Local reports:
Police charged [the driver], with driving to endanger, driving without a license and using a vehicle without authority. Police also cited him for a marked lanes violation and speeding.
Raza asked Judge Douglas Stoddart to hold [the driver] on $500 bail and to revoke his bail on an open case. In that case, Natick Police arrested [the driver] in November after he allegedly shoplifted at the Natick Mall and bit a security guard in the hand.
Stoddart revoked [the driver’s] bail, but not for the typical 90 days. Instead, he revoked the bail for only two days. After the two days, [the driver] will be released on a $500 peace bond, meaning bail will only be set if [the driver] gets into legal trouble again. [The driver] is due back in court on Wednesday.
