As I’m sure you are already aware, flags in Southborough and across the nation are flying at half staff in honor of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scolia. (You can read more here.)
A Presidential Proclamation calls for flags to remain lowered until sunset on the day of his interment. Funeral plans have yet to be announced.
Updated (2/22/16 10:47 am): Justice Scolia was interred on Saturday, February 20th. Therefore, an order to raise the flags has been issued.
