Southborough Wicked Local is reporting that police have arrested a 36 year old Framingham man and his 19 year old son for area burglaries.
A father and son had hundreds of pieces of jewelry, watches, five shotguns and numerous electronics stolen from homes in Framingham, Waltham, Ashland, Southborough and Wayland, authorities said.
[The men] have not yet been charged with most of the break-ins, but they are suspected in numerous burglaries throughout MetroWest, police said. Police arrested the pair on Wednesday.
The story recounts how tips from observant neighbors led to the arrest and policework led to discovery of a storage container. Through attorneys, each are apparently laying blame on the other suspect.
The judge revoked the father’s bail on an open domestic assault case, holding him without bail for 90 days, and set the bail on the new case at $15,000. The teen’s bail was set at $5,000.
