Tomorrow is the first Saturday in July. That means its time for another free “Meet the Farmer” event at Chestnut Hill Farm.
The monthly event (in-season) features family friendly activities, crafts for kids, and opportunities for the community to learn more about the farm and their programs.
On July 2nd, kids can milk a goat and participate in crafts. For adults, come learn about composting or ask gardening questions.
You can also tour the farm and ask the crew questions.
And everyone is welcome to bring a picnic to enjoy under the apple trees.
