  • Screenagers (3:00 pm) @ Trottier Middle School auditorium: Free public screening of movie focusing on how tech time impacts development and suggesting solutions to help kids best navigate the digital world and find balance.   • Southborough Genealogy Club Presentation: Jeff Schiebe (7:00 – 8:30 pm) @ Southborough Library, main floor: Jeff Schiebe will share his fascinating story of finding his real roots in Europe—taking you through his 25 year journey with experiences across Poland, Germany and the Internet. Learn how important it is to cross check and verify any information that you receive when doing genealogy research. He will share stories, photos and documents from this interesting journey, along with some of the mistakes made along the way and advice on how to improve your chances for success in finding your roots.

  • Woodward’s Family Fun Night (5:30 – 7:30 pm) @ Woodward: Woodward SOS fundraiser featuring pizza, ice cream sundaes, the annual basket raffle, and sessions of gym games.     Senior Center Autumn Fair (9:00 am – 2:00 pm) @ Southborough Senior Center, 9 Cordaville Road: Stop by and enjoy refreshments, browse our unique table offerings and participate in our large raffle of local restaurants, goods and services.   • Holiday Gifts on the Common (9:00 am – 3:00 pm) @ Community House, 28 Main Street: Booths and tables of local artisans selling their handcrafted wares: handmade gifts, baskets, jewelry, pottery, quilts and more. (Entrance to the Community House is free). For details, see dedicated post.

  • Interfaith Thanksgiving Service (7:00 pm) @ St. Mark’s Church: Readings and prayers from various faith traditions, a time for children and words of reflection will be given.
