Last week, I posted about the Southborough Recreation’s Heroes Week camps taking place next week.
What I didn’t share (because I didn’t know) is that campers at Woodward next week will get a chance to go Tuba Sliding.
Since you can still register, I’m sharing that news now.
Act quick if you want to register online. That ends on Saturday. But. . . I’m told there are enough openings that registering in person on Monday morning at the camps isn’t an issue. (You can find the registration forms here.)
Below is a reminder of what else they’ll be doing at Finn and Woodward next week :
Campers will celebrate super heroes (with a costumed dance party) and every day heroes. Finn campers will get visits from Police and Firefighters with their vehicles to climb in and explore. (The DPW will also visit with their front loader). Woodward campers will cross the street to visit emergency personnel at the Fire and Police stations
Woodward campers will also enjoy a swim session at St. Mark’s Pool and an activity on Fay School campus. (Maybe they’ll even climb the same rope course and wall firefighters have sometimes used in training.) (fee $160)
