The Heritage Day rain had a dampening effect on the Friends of the Southborough Library’s book sale that day. The good news for you is, that means that we’re bursting with books still to sell.
This weekend, the Friends are holding a clearance sale. Customers will be invited to stuff a paper grocery sack full of books from the sale for just 10 bucks.
The sale will be held in the Eaton Meeting Room this Saturday, November 4th from 1:30 – 4:30 pm.
Proceeds are used by The Friends for items the library’s budget can’t cover, including museum/zoo passes, children’s programs, supplementing teen and adult events, and purchasing library equipment and furniture.
