It’s time for another update on Algonquin’s postseason tournaments.
Boys Soccer shut out 12th seed Burncoat in their First Round on Saturday, 7-0. This afternoon, the 5th seed team will take on 4th seed Doherty for their Quarter Final. The game is set for Foley Stadium in Worcester at 3:00 pm. If they win, they’ll move on to the Semi-Finals this Wednesday.
On Friday, Field Hockey bested 10th seed Auburn, 3-0 in the Quarter Final. The second seed Girls head to Grafton for the 5:15 pm Semi-Finals tomorrow. They’ll play third seed Shrewsbury. The winner will return to Grafton on Thursday for the Finals.
Three members of Algonquin Boys Varsity Golf are playing in their State Finals today at the Haverhill Country Club. I’ll post those results in my next update, later this week..
