Southborough Police have issued a release confirming the robbery at Middlesex Savings Bank this afternoon. It includes surveillance pictures (scroll down for those), a description of the suspect, and a request for assistance.
SPD’s Lieutenant Sean James wrote:
Bank robbery at Middlesex Savings Bank, 162 Cordaville Rd.
At approximately 2:07 PM a dark skinned male entered Middlesex Savings Bank and handed the teller a note demanding cash. The teller handed over an undetermined amount of cash. The suspect fled the bank and was last seen running east towards Mt. Vickery Rd. The Massachusetts State Police assisted with a K-9 Search of the area without success.
The suspect is described as a dark skinned male, approximately 5’11-6’0 tall, wearing a gray colored hoddie sweatshirt, olive green colored pants, red sneakers and sunglasses.
