Rosemarie (DAnna) Mastrogiacomo, 89, of Marlborough, died at Rose Monahan Hospice Home, Worcester, MA on April 26, 2018. Rosemaries death came 6 days before her 90th birthday which she was looking forward to celebrating.
Born in New York City, she was the daughter of the late Gerolamo and Genoveffa (Tedesco) DAnna and the wife of the late Frank Mastrogiacomo who died in 2001, after celebrating 52 years of marriage. Rosemarie worked for the Kendall Company of Boston, as a customer service rep, retiring in 1987.
She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Parish, the Southborough Senior Center, the Southborough Senior Songsters and loved square dancing with the Hickory Hill Square Dancing Group. She also donated her time at the Red Cross Blood Drive for 7 years and Marlborough Hospital for 5 years.
Rosemarie is survived by her son Steven Mastrogiacomo and his fianc Jennifer Leuck, of Southborough her daughters Susan Lalli and her husband Joseph of Marlborough, and Donna Berard and her husband Robert of Ashland, her grandchildren, Michael and Michelle Berard, Mathew, Nicholas and Melissa Mastrogiacomo and Gabriella Leuck
Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, April 29, 2018 from 2-5 pm at the Slattery Funeral Home, Inc., 40 Pleasant Street, Marlborough, MA. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, April 30, at 11:00 am at the Immaculate Conception Church, 11 Prospect St., Marlborough, MA. Burial will follow at Southborough Rural Cemetery, Route 85, Southborough, MA.
