Algonquin’s annual Pops Night concert is an evening of performances by every instrumental and vocal ensemble in the school:
All the different musical groups at Algonquin come together for a single night of incredible performances with a lighter, more contemporary focus.
For the occasion, the ARHS gym is transformed into a “Boston Pops” style venue with seating for several hundreds of guests (including reserved round tables on the floor).
This year’s event is Wednesday, May 30th at 7:00 pm. Tickets are $10 each. Tables are $100.
The fundraiser is put on by the Northborough-Southborough Music Association.
NSMA is a volunteer organization dedicated to supporting the talented music students, faculty, and programs, at Algonquin and the Middle Schools of Northborough and Southborough. Proceeds from POPS NIGHT go to these communities through grants, music enrichment awards, and senior scholarships.
In addition to enjoying music, the audience can purchase goodies from from Yummy Mummy. Platters of 24 assorted treats can be ordered in advance for the tables.
NSMA is always looking for helping hands to make this night happen. You can volunteer here.
