With the “Heat Index” expected to still be at 100 degrees early this evening, Neary and SOS are pulling the plug on tonight’s Ice Cream Social. (It’s an outdoor event held on the playground.)
That doesn’t mean it’s cancelled (I hope). Organizers are working on rescheduling the fun for a less brutal day. So, stay tuned for that.
