- Southboro Wellness: Stress Management (6:30 pm) @ Southborough Wellness, 205 Turnpike Rd: Part of the store’s free monthly workshop series. Registration is not required. For details, see Facebook event.
- Cook Book Club (7:00 – 8:00 pm) @ Southborough Library: Join the Library for its cook book club. Participants will each cook a different dish from the selected cook book of the month. (This month has two selections to choose from – Perennial Palette by the Southborough Gardeners or Barefoot Contessa at Home: Everyday Recipes You’ll Make Over and Over Again by Ina Garten.) - Focus group for Superintendent search (6:30 – 8:30 pm) @ Trottier Middle School, 49 Parkerville Rd: Running up to the search for a new Superintendent, school committees are holding focus groups. - 9th annual Dodgeball Tournament (9:00 am – 6:30 pm) @ Algonquin Regional High School Gym, 79 Bartlett St, Northborough: Co-Ed Dodgeball competition for Grades 1-8 – split by age group Fundraiser organized by Algonquin Regional High School Boys Hockey Team. For details, see dedicated post.
- Holiday Gifts on the Common (9:00 am – 3:00 pm) @ Community House, 28 Main Street: Booths and tables of local artisans selling their handcrafted wares: handmade gifts, baskets, jewelry, pottery, quilts and more. (Entrance to the Community House is free) For details see dedicated post.
- Senior Center Autumn Fair (9:00 am – 1:00 pm) @ Southborough Senior Center, 9 Cordaville Road: Fundraiser for Friends of the Council on Aging. - Meditation for Stress Free Living (10:30 am) @ Southborough Library, main level: The library welcomes back Dr. Allan Hughes, a long time meditator, to provide his popular program again to the Southborough community. - Benefit Concert for Library Children’s Room (2:00 – 4:00 pm) @ Fay School, Primary School building (parking in lot on Middle Road): A family-friendly concert for all ages to benefit the Southborough Library’s Children’s room.
