Southborough’s Chelsea Bradway has put out a “Casting Call”. She is looking for volunteers to model for a special project she is working on.
The call isn’t limited to people who look like models. Bradway is looking for at least 40 ordinary people who live, work or have a tie to Southborough. She wants to photograph them in their “everyday lives”. Though, they won’t look so ordinary when she gets through with them.
Subjects will be asked to don wings:
I want to photograph people doing their everyday life, jobs etc while wearing wings. For example the woman at the dump wearing wings, a police officer doing traffic duty wearing wings, a teacher wearing wings, kids in life wearing wings.
The photo above right is an example of the kind of photos she’s envisioning. Photos will all be black and white with black frames.
Bradway is looking to produce a show for a gallery. As of yet, she isn’t sure where the show will be displayed. But she is aiming for it to be local to Southborough.
Anyone interested can email her directly at allthingssparkley77@gmail.com. She has also set up a Facebook event with times, inviting:
Let’s get whimsical and have some fun!
You can check that out here.
Bradway’s deadline is April 30th as she’s targeting May for the start of her shoot (if weather cooperates.)
