- Annual Town Meeting opens, 1:00 pm @ Trottier Middle School Auditorium, 49 Parkerville Rd (Warrant, Proposed Budget, Proposed changes to Salary Administration Plan): Opening session for this year’s Annual Town Meeting. Southborough voters act as town legislature to appropriate money to fund the Town’s expenses (for the fiscal year July 1, 2019 – June 30, 2020) and act on other issues such as zoning bylaws.
