Updated (4/25/19 2:27 pm): In my real estate listings for March through mid-April, I originally noted that nothing came off the market. I discovered this week, that wasn’t true.
A glitch in the database search after MLS made a change led to those searches coming up empty. In fact 8 houses sold from the beginning of March through April 11th and another 15 went “under agreement”. I summarized those listings in my April 25th post here.
