This week, tots can tune into more storytimes and to learn about Life on the Farm. Adults can login to zoom sessions with Open-Mics, parenting strategies, yoga, or a book club.

- South-Union Open Mic for ages 10-14 (5:00 – 7:00 pm) @ zoom: Although we might not be able to sway along to the music together, organizers would like to provide the opportunity for our community to share their music, poetry, etc.! - Life on the Farm Video Series (10:00 – 10:15 am) @ Facebook or Instagram: Chestnut Hill Farm’s farmers and staff will give you a live peek into always-busy farm life, including farm chores, what’s growing in the greenhouse and outside, farm wildlife, baby animals and their mamas, and more. - Library’s Virtual Story Time (10:00 am) @ Facebook: Children’s Librarian “Miss Kim” will hold a story time on Facebook live, which will also be viewable after. (Note: you don’t have to have a Facebook account to watch the Library’s videos.) These will take place every Tuesday and Friday through May.

- Strategies for Parenting the Anxious or Depressed Child (7:00 – 8:00 pm) @ zoom: Pre-register ASAP for Southborough Youth & Family Services’ virtual workshop series. - Community Storytime by Kindergroup (11:00 am) @ Facebook: Southborough’s Brennan Barry (a Firefighter) will read a book to young children over zoom. - Trottier NBA History Kahoot Trivia Game (12:45 pm) @ zoom: Special event the middle school is holding for its students. “Attention basketball fans! Be a part of Trottier history when Mr. Winston hosts the 1st ever Trottier NBA Trivia Kahoot live.” Trottier students can find a link to the zoom on Mr. Hreschuk and Mrs. Mahoney’s Canvas page. They may also email Mr. Winston for the link or if they have any questions.
Editor’s Note: If you’re looking for info on the annual pre-Memorial Day placement of the flags at the rural cemetery – that won’t be open to the public to participate in this year. (Though, it is planned to be done.)
