Have you taken a walk through this year’s Art on the Trails yet?
Everyone is invited to explore the “Rising Up” art exhibit at Beals Preserve.
For those looking for something safe to do away from screens, it’s a great opportunity. Especially since most of the walk is through trails are heavily shaded from the hot summer sun. (It’s a lovely place for a nature walk even when there isn’t an exhibit on display.)
Earlier this summer, I wrote about Art on the Trails’ call for poetry submissions. (You can read more about those details here.) That deadline has been extended to August 9th.
Art will remain on the trails for public viewing through September 13th.

(For more info on the artists and this year’s theme, see my early June post. You can also check out my later post sharing images from the installation weekend.)
