Today is Patriot Day, National Day of Service and Remembrance of the attacks of September 11, 2001. As every year, flags in Southborough and across the country will fly at half staff from sunrise to sunset for the National Day of Service and Remembrance.

Updated (9/11/20 9:21 am): Given the current state of the flagpole at the Town House, I replaced the photo with one from this morning. Worth noting, the flag at the Public Safety Building isn’t lowered. I called to find out what their plans are. Personnel will be holding a ceremony later this morning. During the ceremony, the flag will be briefly lowered then raised again.
