The Southborough Dept of Health asked me to share a survey being conducted by MassDPH. The survey seeks to learn “How has the COVID-19 crisis impacted your life?”

The Massachusetts Department of Public Health (MA-DPH) is trying to better help people through the COVID-19 crisis by hearing about their experiences and challenges right now. By taking this survey, you can help find new solutions to community problems, and give MA-DPH the information they need to take action and support the communities who need it most.
Who can take this survey? You can take this survey if you are 14 years of age or older AND you currently live in Massachusetts.
Answers are anonymous.
The survey includes a question asking what town/city respondents live in. Presumably, the results will be parsed to see what kind of support is needed at a community level.
