*Listings for the week are based on data pulled from MLS on Thursday mornings.
**70 Valley Road is currently listed on the Town’s website as muli-use residential in residential B zoning. And the property description on realtor.com refers to it as “previously classified under Chapter 61B”. But as the description also notes:
The property can not be used for residential use per deed restrictions attached in docs.
Back in 2019 the owner ran into legal issues when the Town assessed that the property wasn’t being used for tax exempt purposes. At that time, Town Counsel told the Board of Selectmen that the property had also come under a microscope for apparent use as a residence in violation of the Dept of Conservation & Recreation’s deed restriction.
