The Southborough Library announced that one of its upcoming craft sessions is so popular, they are offering it two days in a row.
As I previously shared, the Library has continued partnering with crafter Mandy Roberge on virtual, hands-on workshops for kids and teens.
Monthly events have been scheduled through April so far. (Each program is free but limited. So register soon.)
Crafters ages 8 and older are invited to sign up for virtual sessions led by Roberge over zoom. In advance, participants will receive kits via curbside pickup with all the crafting materials they’ll need.
The February event is a valentine themed one taking place in two weeks. A second session is being offered one day prior to the originally scheduled workshop.
Patrons can sign up to be one of the participants through Southborough Recreation’s website. The details for each session are below. (Except for the date, the flyer for the 2/9 event is identical to the one for the 2/10 event below right.)
Valentine Boxes
Tuesday, February 9th and Wednesday, February 10th from 4:00 – 5:00 pm
Make your own Valentine box using paints, glitter, fabric and paper and a process called decoupage to make it unique. What you keep inside is entirely up to you!
