Next week, kids have the opportunity to take part in a free magician’s workshop.
The Southborough Library is bringing back magician Debbie O’Carroll. (Of course, as with everything else these days, the event will be held over zoom.)
This time, instead of entertaining with her tricks she’ll be teaching how to “Make Your Own Magic Tricks”:
Magician Debbie O’Carroll’s Make Your Own Magic Tricks Zoom Workshop is a delightful way to learn how to make and perform 5 amazing magic tricks! Amuse and astound your family and friends with magic illusions made from everyday objects found around your house. This hour-long workshop is ideal for ages 7 and older.
This program is sponsored by the Friends of the Southborough Library.
To take part, pre-register through Southborough Recreation here. According to the magician’s recent Facebook post, participants will be instructed to gather some common household items before the zoom session.
The zoom session will take place over February Break on Saturday, February 20th at 11:00 am.
If you have any questions or have trouble any connecting, please contact Kim Ivers at kivers@southboroughma.com. Library staff will do their best to assist you.
