Southborough’s Troop 1 will be holding their Pancake Breakfast. It’s just taking on a different form this spring.
For over 50 years, Southborough Boy Scouts troop has been holding their annual breakfast fundraiser. In 2020, it was one of the last in-person community events before things started shutting down. This year, the Troop announced:
Because of COVID this year limiting large events, we decided to team up with Mauro’s Village Café and support a local business. They have generously agreed to provide take home pancakes, bacon and sausage at a discount and logistical assistance for our scouts to make this event a success!
Breakfasts must be ordered by the evening of April 8th, with the food available for pick up on Saturday, April 10th.
Customers can select a time window for pickup, including options as early as 8:00 – 9:00 am or as late as 12:30 – 1:00 pm. Meal handoff will take place at Pilgrim Church (15 Common Street).

Updated (3/17/21 4:53 pm): I accidentally referred to April 10th as a Sunday. The breakfast is on a Saturday this year.
