This morning an appeal trial against the Zoning Board of Appeals’ approval of Park Central reopened. This is the final week of testimony.
Currently, Attorney Dan Pasquerello is arguing for reconsideration of the decision to not force former ZBA member Leo Bartolini to testify.
The trial reopened for public viewing over zoom this morning at 9:30 am. The plaintiffs will be seeking to make their case by cross examining the developer and members of the ZBA. The trial is scheduled for Monday, March 22 – Wednesday, March 24th.
