Last summer, I shared news of a group of Southborough students offering free tutoring services for K-12 students. More recently, I updated readers on Iridium Tutor’s growth. Now, they are announcing a new free offering—Webinars for college bound students.
Iridium has recruited college students to offer their insight. Students hail from universities that include Brown, Northeastern, Carnegie Mellon, and BU. The webinars will include presentations by speakers followed by a Q&A period.
The first webinar topic will focus on applying to colleges. Students are offered to chances two take part:
College Applications – Friday, April 30th at 8:00 pm and Saturday, May 1st at 4:00 pm

Later in May, Iridium plans to follow up with another set on “College Life”. Details are still TBA.
