The Southborough Board of Health is promoting a very quick survey to ask the public, “What are you top three health/safety concerns right now?”
The survey is billed as only taking 2 minutes, and it is just 4 questions.
The above question is followed by a multiple choice list and the option to fill in “other”. Beyond that, participants are simply asked to answer whether or not they are residents, indicate their age group, and select the best way(s) for them to communicate with you.
