Above: A driver is being charged with three violations related to crashing into a Southborough home off of Framingham Road.
The driver of the car that sparked the fire that destroyed the home at 89 Framingham Road is being charged with operating the car without a license. A Facebook post from the Southborough Police Department states that the driver, a Milford resident, is also being charged with negligent operations and “Marked Lanes Violation”.
No cause for the crash was reported, but the post states “Alcohol was not found to be a factor”. The driver and passenger were transported to a hospital that morning with what were described as serious injuries.
