- Junior Farmers for a Day (9:00 – 11:00 am) @ Chestnut Hill Farm: Pre-registration (and fee) required. Program for grades K-5. Children will discover what farming looks like in the winter — from livestock habitats for farm animals to growing food during the cold New England winter months. Be prepared to discover, learn, hike, explore, and enjoy the farmer’s life! (This is the only vacation week session that still had openings this morning, and only 2 were left.) - Create a Cork Necklace class (6:30 – 8:30 pm) @ Apothecary Artists, 1 Boston Rd: Apothecary Artists is offering classes (fee and registration required). This session: Catherine Weber will lead participants ages 8+ in creating a one-of-a-kind cork necklace with cork, acrylic paint and necklace hardware. All supplies are provided.
