The Southborough Library and Jill Vroman are offering two virtual workshops this month to help participants during what can be a stressful season. One takes place tonight.
This evening, participants can learn how to put together an “Emotional Toolbox”. Next week, they can get tips on how to get “Restorative Sleep”.
Emotional Toolkit

Learn about your emotions and how they can impact your health. Learn what they are and how you can learn from them. You can improve your response to stress the more you understand how emotions work. Join me to work on growing your resiliency towards stress!

Restorative Sleep

Back by popular demand! Join us for this holiday-themed virtual workshop over Zoom hosted by local resident Jill Vroman. Stress lives in our bodies, how can you shed it? Come and learn how to relax your body first, then learn to relax your mind. Learn when sleep is most potent and 5 takeaways for better sleep tonight! This workshop will have a particular focus on dealing with the stress of the holiday season and will provide skills to assist with seasonal affective disorder.
