The Southborough Library is hosting a program to help teens ages 12+ to find their voice. The workshop in two weeks will be led by the founder of the “Courage Campaign”.
The Library promotes:
Teens kick off our Summer Reading theme of Find Your Voice with a workshop that combines movement and breath work with journaling and conversation!
Taught by fitness instructor Ashley Mitchell, founder of the Courage Campaign, teens will be led through a series of exercises designed to give them tools to navigate everyday challenges, and foster personal development, confidence, and excellence.
This workshop is all levels and requires no equipment other than a yoga mat. . .

The program will take place in the Library on on Tuesday, June 27th from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm. Pre-registration is required here.
