This Saturday, the Southborough Library is bringing back Kim Larkin of Klassic Kreations, known for her programs on chocolates and teas. This time her focus will be on “Superfoods”.
As always, tastings are part of the draw for her food education presentations.
The Library promotes:
Learn about the powerful properties of superfoods, such as acai smoothies, goji berries, and cacao protein balls, and how best to incorporate them into your life. Presenter Kim Larkin will provide tips and tricks followed by a Q&A session.
The Superfoods 101 program is part of their series of cooking and nutrition programs made possible with grant funds from the Library Services & Technology Act distributed by the Massachusetts Library System.
The event is scheduled for Saturday, June 24th at 1:00 pm. It is open to all, no registration required.
Below is a photos from a past event she held at the Southborough Library, followed by pics from her Superfoods set up at Sargent Memorial Library.
