Cancelled — Free “Pickling for Kids” program at Library (Updated)

Parents with children ages 4-7 years old are invited to join Chestnut Hill Farm at the Southborough Library tomorrow evening for a special program. Participants will learn to make their own pickles without using heat.

Pickling for Kids flyerEnjoy an afternoon making pickles with your child! In this program, you and your child will work together to chop, assemble, and season fresh refrigerator pickles. No heat is needed in this quick-pickling method, and you’ll receive a recipe to replicate at home. You and your child will take home a custom-designed jar of tangy, tasty treats for your home refrigerator.

The event will take place in the Library’s Eaton Meeting Room on Tuesday, September 19th from 5:00 – 6:00 pm. Click here to sign up.
