The New England Rugby Club will be holding free sessions for boys and girls to give no-contact Flag Rugby a try after school in Southborough this week.
The clinics are split by Grades 4-5 (at Neary School) and 6-8 (at Trottier Middle School.
Registration for the demo sessions is through Southborough Recreation.

- Easy to learn: We will teach basic rules and skills of flag rugby.
- Fun to play: By the end of the session, we will be playing rugby!
- A High School sport for Boys and Girls at ARHS.
- Like flag football: It is non-contact, and is the style played by grades K-6 by Massachusetts Youth Rugby Organization (MYRO)
The Neary session will take place from 3:00 – 4:15 pm on Thursday, September 28th. The Trottier session is on Friday, September 29th from 2:30 – 3:45 pm.
