Updated (10/18/23 7:26 pm): This event is postponed to Saturday, October 28th.
Ten days before Halloween, the Southborough Firefighters Association will host its annual costume parade and party. For the third year, Southborough Recreation will follow the festivities with its “Trunk or Treat”.
Both events are free and open to the general public.
On Saturday, October 21st, costumed families are encouraged to gather outside of Woodward School (28 Cordaville Road). At 2:00 pm, they’ll march down the access road to SFA’s annual Halloween party in their station garage (at the Public Safety Building).
As usual, the firefighters will be giving out treats and judging winners of their costume contest. Below are photos from last year’s event:
Immediately following the party at the station, partygoers can head back over to the Woodward parking lot for Trunk or Treat.
Recreation and other Town departments/organizations will have the trunks of vehicles decorated like parade floats. Families are invited to trick or treat at each trunk. Below are photos from the 2021 Trunk or Treat:
The Trunk or Treat event will wrap up by 4:00 pm.
