Take note if you have a young crafter in your family. The Southborough Library is hosting three different craft programs next week, each for a different age group.
The programs are all free (though one does require pre-registration with limited attendance).
Two of the events are Halloween themed. The details are below, sorted by youngest to oldest age group.
Creative Kids Craft Session
For ages 3+ with adults
Friday, October 27, 2:30 – 4:30 pm
Kids are invited to make noodle skeletons to celebrate Halloween.
This is a drop-in session (no registration required). The craft will be led by a high school volunteer. (Adult supervision is required.)
Crafternoon: Sewing Skulls
For ages 8+
Wednesday, October 25, 4:00 – 5:00 pm
Registration is required for this workshop. (To sign up, email kivers@southboroughma.com.)
The Library is bringing back popular crafter Mandy Roberge. She’ll lead participants through making a “colorful sugar skull” out of felt. The piece “can be made into a sachet or wall art depending on your creative vision”.
Make Your Own Stamp!

Thursday, October 26, 5:00 – 6:00 pm
Lily from OUTMetrowest will teach participants how to make their own stamps
No registration is required.
