Regards to Broadway – Nov 18 & 19

A Southborough resident and her sister are bringing community theater back to the area. They're joined by other residents willing to step into the spotlight.

Two months ago, I helped a new community theater group recruit locals to audition for their premier performance this fall. Now, Curtain Up is promoting the “Regards to Broadway” musical revue. The production on November 18th & 19th will feature six Southborough residents.

Regards to Broadway flyerThe group will perform at The Willows Retirement Community (1 Lyman Street in Westborough), but tickets can be purchased by the general public. (Prices range from $15-25). The show will go on at 7:30 pm on Saturday the 18th and 2:00 pm on Sunday the 19th.

Southborough’s Alexis Nodiff shared details (and below photos). Nodiff is the producer, and a member of the cast alongside Stephanie Iodice, Tania Taylor, Lisa Jackman, Kim Salman, and Allison Ma. Nodiff’s sister Tiffany Steinke is directing the production.

Based on the pic, it looks like the cast is enjoying the community theater experience. Nodiff hopes the revue is just Curtain Up’s kickoff for reviving community theater in our area.
