Starting tomorrow, Southborough Recreation is offering a specialized fitness class for residents ages 55 years and older.
The program will take place on four Tuesday afternoons.

It’s never too late to establish a healthy lifestyle! How would you like to stop and even reverse age-related weight gain and muscle loss? Have a little more energy each day? How about increasing bone density while learning healthy new habits AND having fun?
Once-weekly classes will be a combination of lecture and class participation. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. All exercises may be modified based on participants’ individual abilities.
Classes will be held at the South Union Building, 21 Highland Street from 1:00 – 2:00 pm, Tuesdays November 28th through December 19th. The cost is $49.
