In November, there’s a lot of talk about pies – Pumpkin, pecan, apple and other Thanksgiving favorites. But at Finn School this month, the students were all excited about cream pies.
It’s a silly bit of news out of our youngest public school. But the video made me smile so I’m hoping it makes readers smile, too.
While I was searching their website for updated info on their preschool program for a prior post, I came across a video the school recently posted.
This month, Finn Principal Clayton Ryan made good on a promise to let kids pie him if the school met its Book Fair fundraising goal.
It’s not a unique concept, but the PreK-1 students’ reactions show why it’s a popular one. Their joy is infectious.
