Looking for a date night the Saturday before Valentine’s Day (without the hassle of finding a babysitter)? St. Mark’s Church is offering you the opportunity to give your kids a night out, give yourself some free time, and support a worthy cause!
St. Mark’s Kids’ Night Out will take place Saturday, February 10th in the parish hall at 27 Main Street. Kids are welcome as young as 2 year old toddlers* up through 5th graders. Proceeds will support their youth group’s mission trip to Cleveland, Ohio in late July.
The program is from 5:00 – 9:00 pm, but parents/guardians are encouraged “to pick up their child at a time frame that reflects their own child’s bedtime and scheduling needs.”
The church promotes that the evening off for parents and guardians offers:
children a chance to have a fun, interactive and safe opportunity to engage with their peers. Childcare will be provided by the St. Mark’s Church youth group and their CORI-checked adult mentors. . .
There will be structured activities with an eye toward the developmental level of the children. . .
Children will enjoy games, crafts, music, stories, and more! A pasta dinner and healthy snacks will be provided—and accommodations will be as needed to support those with food allergies and dietary restrictions.
The cost is $40 for one child, with sibling discounts. ($60 for 2 kids and $75 for 3.)
