Library Wellness workshops to help you thrive, sleep, and manage stress

The Library has again partnered with Jill Vroman to offer virtual workshops.

The Southborough Library and Jill Vroman Fitness are again offering free Wellness workshops.

One virtual workshop is scheduled for later this month and two more this year.

Habits To Thrive: Ayurveda 101
Tuesday, February 20th, 7:00 – 8:00 pm

According to Wikipedia, Ayurveda is an “alternative medicine system” rooted in India that has been practiced and evolved over more than two millenia.

The program is described by the Library as:

Learn how you can use Ayurveda and Circadian Rhythms to support your sleep, digestion, stress and weight. Learn new habits and how to implement them to make changes right away.

Tuesday, April 16th, 7:00 – 8:00 pm

Learn why your not sleeping and how to make slow, gradual changes to improve your sleep which will flow over to better health, better decision making and a wiser you. 

Stress Management
Tuesday, September 17th, 7:00 – 8:00 pm

Learn how to handle life’s challenges with better ease and flow with takeaway skill to set you in a better direction. This will be an experiential workshop with tools to support you in stressful times.
