Steer clear of the section of Route 30 on Main Street between Sears Road and Wyndemere Drive this afternoon. I just got a tip from a driver stuck in traffic, with the location confirmed by Southborough Police. An accident has traffic temporarily closed off in that area.
On twitter, the SPD shared the above pic of the accident wreaking havoc. (Hopefully, everyone’s fine.)

Updated (2/15/24 11:34 am): The SPD issued a press release on Facebook this morning. It appears the road remained closed overnight through early this morning due to the downed utility pole.
A driver had been trapped under live wires as a result of the crash — which allegedly happened after she passed out at the wheel.
