This afternoon, the community is invited to help make toys for dogs and cats living in local animal shelters, and learn “how to aid them”.
The opportunity is promoted as an event for kids ages 6+, but also welcomes adults.
The free workshop is being held at the South Union Building, 21 Highland Street from 4:00 – 5:30 pm, Wednesday, March 6th.
It is being led by a Southborough Girl Scout, Joshika Prabhugee, as part of her Gold Award project.

Join us for a workshop to learn about our local animal shelters and how you can help them. Kids and adults are welcome to help build dog and cat toys to donate to animal shelters while learning how to aid them. Toys will include DIY cat wands, DIY cat pom poms, Braided T-shirt Dog toys, No Sew Heart Dog toys, and T-shirt tug-of-war braids.
