This week, The Friends of the Southborough Library is holding a fundraiser through Southborough’s HOLA Restaurante & Tequila Bar.* Now through Thursday, April 25th, the restaurant will donate a portion of the bill to the Friends.
The community can enjoy Taco Tuesday today while supporting both a local restaurant and the Library. (Maybe followed by Burritos tomorrow and Enchiladas on Thursday?)
More good news, you don’t have to remember to reference a fundraiser. The offer applies to any lunch or dinner during those four days.
This year, it covers both in-restaurant dining and takeout orders made directly with HOLA (or its online ordering service). [Note: The offer doesn’t apply to orders through third parties/delivery services.]
You can find the restaurant’s details and menu, which also includes Gluten Fee and vegetarian options, here. (And scroll down for recent Facebook posts highlighting some of the dishes on their menu.)
Proceeds from the Friends fundraiser are used to support the Southborough Library’s programs and resources. That includes discount passes to museums and parks, and special programs for children, teens, and adults.
(Other ways to support the library through the Friends include the hoodie & t-shirt fundraiser and direct donations.)
