  • Read to a Dog (11:00 am – 12:00 pm) @ Southborough Library, Children’s Room: Register for kids ages 5+ to get a chance to read to a therapy dog. For details, see related post.
  • Finding Fungi Hike (1:00 – 2:30 pm) @ Chestnut Hill Farm: Learn several methods beginners can use to identify and group similar fungi together, tips and tricks for locating mushrooms in seemingly barren forests and fields. Pre-registration (and fee) required. For details, click here.
  • Southborough Safe Spaces Youth Meeting (7:00 – 9:00 pm) @ St Mark’s Church, 27 Main Street: Event for grades 6-12 hosted by Southborough Safe Spaces for LBGTQ+ youth of all faiths and their allies. This meeting’s theme is the Art of Blackout Poetry. For details, through their Instagram post.
  • Sound & Spirit Concert (7:00 pm) @ Natick High School, 15 West St, Natick: The intergenerational Metrowest chorus is holding its annual spring show. For details, see dedicated post.
  • WCC Concert (7:30 pm) @ Gibbons Middle School, 20 Fisher Street, Westborough: The Westborough Community Chorus presents it’s annual Spring Concert with Broadway music. For details, see dedicated post.

  • Shop With A Purpose (11:00 am – 4:00 pm) @ Community House, 28 Main St: Friends of the Southborough Youth Commission will host their 3rd annual Shop With a Purpose event. Shop local vendors and support FSYC Summer Camp Scholarship program. This year there will be a bounce house and food trucks.. For details, see dedicated post.
  • WCC Concert (2:00 pm) @ Gibbons Middle School, 20 Fisher Street, Westborough: The Westborough Community Chorus presents it’s annual Spring Concert with Broadway music. For details, see dedicated post.
  • NACC Concert (3:00 pm) @ Algonquin Regional High School, 79 Bartlett St, Northborough: The Northborough Area Community Chorus presents it’s 52nd Annual Spring Concert with Broadway music. For details, see dedicated post.
  • Sound & Spirit Concert (4:00 pm) @ Natick High School, 15 West St, Natick: The intergenerational Metrowest chorus is holding its annual spring show. For details, see dedicated post.

  • Senior Walking Group Brunch (8:30 am) @ Southborough Senior Center: Event for seniors who take part in the Senior Center’s walking group. For details, see related post.
  • Preschool Story Time (10:30 – 11:15 am) @ Southborough Library Children’s Room: Ages 2-5 are invited for stories and a craft based on a weekly theme. No registration required. For details, see related post.
  • Knitting Club (1:00 pm) @ Southborough Senior Center: Bi-monthly social knitting group. Beginners are welcome and supplies will be provided, though you can also bring your own and “any creation you are working on”. For details, see related post.

  • 1st to 2nd Grade Parent Orientation Meeting (6:00 pm) @ Woodward School cafeteria, 28 Cordaville Rd: Info night for parents of children who will be moving up to Woodward in August.

  • Neary Building Project Open Forum (7:30 pm) @ zoom: Virtual public forum held by the Neary School Building Committee to provide the community with a status update and answer any questions.

  • Walking Group for Seniors (8:30 am) @ Southborough cemetery, 11 Cordaville Road: Free weekly walking group organized by the Southborough Senior Center. Walkers generally go for an hour, but continue for as long as you wish. The location is a loop, so feel free to join late.
  • Senior Cupcake Decorating (1:00 pm) @ Southborough Senior Center: Registration is required for this Senior Center program (and it may already be full).. For details, see related post.
  • Elder Law Advice (10:00 – 10:45 am) @ phone or zoom: Southborough seniors can sign up for a free 15 minute session of individualized legal advice from an Elder Law attorney. For details, see related post.
  • Crafternoon: (4:00 – 5:00 pm) @ Southborough Library, main floor: Pre-registration is required for this free program for ages 8+. This session, paint and decorate a small pot, and then plant seeds or succulents to take home and watch grow! To register, click here.
  • Manga & Anime Club (4:30 – 5:30 pm) @ Southborough Library, Eaton Meeting Room: Monthly discussion club for fans ages 12+. For details, see related post.

  • Baby/Toddler Storytime (11:00 – 11:45 am) @ Southborough Library Children’s Room: A weekly program for ages 0-2 years with their parents/caregivers. Each session will include puppets and music. No registration required. For details, see related post.
  • Young Scientists STEM Beginnings (1:00 – 1:45 pm) @ Southborough Library: This is a free 6-week in-person series for children, ages 3-6 to learn STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) concepts through hands-on activities, story time and simple experiments.   • Drop in Legos (3:30 – 4:30 pm) @ Southborough Library, Eaton Meeting Room: Children are invited to build with Legos and display their creations in the Children’s Room. Legos will be provided. Parents or caregivers must stay with children.
  • Teen Library Team (5:00 – 6:00 pm) @ Southborough Library, Teen Room: Teens looking for volunteering credit are invited to the Teen Library Team’s spring meet up. Come share ideas and suggestions to make the library the best it can be!

  • Sit & Knit (2:00 – 4:00pm) @ Southborough Library: Biweekly program for ages 18+ to drop in and work on your latest knitting or crochet projects while you enjoy the company of fellow yarn crafters in a relaxed social setting. All levels are welcome but no formal instruction will be given.
