The Southborough Library and Jill Vroman Fitness & Wellness are offering another free workshop next Tuesday evening.
The workshop on Stress Management (or “Emotional Toolkit” depending on which promotion you read) will take place September 17th, 7:00 – 8:00 pm. As usual, it will be held virtually over zoom.
Learn how to handle life’s challenges with better ease and flow with takeaway skill to set you in a better direction. This will be an experiential workshop with tools to support you in stressful times.
In a separate message about the same event, Vroman promotes providing participants with “empowering strategies to grow your resilience to stress!”:
- All about your emotions and what you can learn from them.
- How your emotions can impact your overall health.
- How you can improve your response to stress and ease anxiety when you understand how emotions work.
