Updated (9/21/24 10:11 am): It turns out there is a lot of confusion around what is happening with the Applefest Street Fair!
The time and date of the event on Facebook say 11:00 am on Sunday rather than the original 10:00 am today, Saturday, September 21st. And the Northborough-Southborough Interact Club, which supports the Northborough Rotary that puts on the event, was notified this morning that it was being postponed due to the rain.
But last night, a message apparently went out to booth holders saying that it would be rain or shine. And I’m told that a number of booths are already set up. So, it looks like at least some tables will be there today and I’m not sure what’ happening tomorrow!!
The Street Fair that many Algonquin and Boroughs organizations with Southborough ties have booths at during Northborough’s Applefest has been postponed due to the weather.
The fair that was supposed to open at 10:00 am today is now being pushed to Sunday, September 22nd from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.
So far, that’s the only schedule change that I’m aware of. You can read more about Applefest here.
